Dear IDP,

I am writing to make a proposal in request you to discount for a school fee at ACE.

Ty Sokuntheay is your outstanding student. She started Term 2 of Children Program based on your scholarship at Sonthor Mok Campus. In her study she is a first class student. She has gotten the certificate of Children's Top Speller in Children Level 5, Term2, 2003.

Her new term will begin on 06 July, 2003. After her first term with you, she is encouraged to study at CP Level 7 for the next term.

Unfortunately, in meeting with your receptionist on Monday 1 July, 2003 I was told and required to pay her Ty Sokun Theary the school fee, 180$ for that term.

I think that price is not expensive for the rich family, but I have yet had a job and I have been looking for the job. In fact, I applied for a job as a teacher of English at your school.

As mention above I hope you kindly have a meeting with your school board of trustee and offer a half full price scholarship to Ty Sokun Theary to attend her study with your school. Otherwise, she will be compelled to stop her study with your school desperately.

I really don't know why you offer her the scholarship in one term only.
