Subject: Resignation Letter

Dear Harold,

Please kindly accept this letter as my official resignation from the position of CBET Business Officer of Wildlife Alliance.

I have worked with you in the project of CBET for over 4 years. During that time I have been improved a lot. I don’t really want to leave you and the project, but as we know the project of Trapeang Roung will finish soon. So I have no choice to find another job. Fortunately, I have accepted the new position of Supervisor at CATA and I have held office with CATA after I complete the resignation policy of Wildlife Alliance.

I believe this position will offer me more challenge and opportunity for advancement as well as allow me to broaden my own experience and knowledge.  

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your time and efforts in my training and advancement during working with you.  The support and concern shown by you and the rest of the management team has been deeply appreciated.
