This mountain is called Phnom Roung in Khmer, but in
English is Cavernous Mountain because it has its secret cave full of fierce
tigers. This cave no one can see, but one day a sandal wood collector Ta VIN
met this cave by chance. He said this cave is deeply large. It is 10 Kilometers
from Trapeang Roung downtown. This cave, the villagers said it was a venue for
a honest person lived. At that time, the dwellers around Trapeang Roung, always
heard music of Pin Pet from that cave every holy days. This cave is allowed to
see only upright person. Especially the upright people could borrow the china,
pot, spoon and fork from the honest person here for their ritual.
