This vine is called Vore Orntung by the villagers, but
its name hasn’t been listed in the Khmer dictionary. Its name maybe is called
in a different one in a different area. It is always seen it grew in the
plateau in the thick forests. Locals said this vine is utilized as a
traditional medicine to relieve the bad case of diarrhea from food allergy. It
is also boiled to drink after having a baby. It is probably used in blood
tonics I think. It is about 25 meters long. The villagers always cut into
strings to tie the fences as well.
